1. Plan Usage & Restrictions

(1) What This Plan Includes

  • A real renewable Austrian phone number (+43) supported by Three (not a virtual number).
  • Global SMS reception services
  • Global mobile data

(2) What This Plan Does NOT Include

  • Outbound text services (SMS/MMS)
  • Calling services
  • Number porting services
  • Reinstalling an eSIM once removed from a device
  • Switching eSIM

2. Plan Subscription, Renewal & Expiry

  • Austrian Cell Phone Plan is a prepaid plan with specified limits on texts and data. Plan usage renews with each billing cycle after the subscription fee is successfully deducted.
  • Text reception will remain uninterrupted throughout your subscription period, even if your data runs out. The phone number will stay active for the entire duration of your subscribed plan.
  • Please ensure your line is turned on and data roaming is enabled when your plan renews.
  • Your plan and the phone number are subject to expiration and deactivation if your account balance is insufficient for renewal.
  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

3. Use of Service & User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phone plan information and all activities under your phone plan. 
  • The phone plans provided through PingMe are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions. By purchasing a plan, you agree to abide by PingMe and the carrier’s policies, including Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms.
  • Unauthorized use of the service, including but not limited to reselling or redistributing the service, is strictly prohibited. If you engage in any of the prohibited uses described in the carrier’s T&Cs, PingMe may change, limit, suspend, or terminate your mobile service at any time. You are responsible for any charges that are incurred while your mobile service or account is suspended.

4. Refund Policy

(1) When You Can Get a Refund

  • Refunds are available if your order is still in the “Preparing” stage (before installation or activation).
  • To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order details.

    (2) When Refunds Are NOT Available

    • When your order is in the “Pre-activated” or “Active” stage.
    • After the eSIM is installed or activated.
    • Purchases using coupons or referral credits.
    • eSIM setup fees are non-refundable.
    • If there is evidence of fraud, misuse, or violation of our terms.

    Important: Double-check your order details before confirming to avoid refund issues.

    Common Questions Answered

    When will my phone number be ready?

    Your phone number will be assigned once the data plan is activated.
    To activate your data plan, please install your eSIM, then turn on the line and enable data roaming to connect to the local network.

    Can I make phone calls or send messages with my data plan?

    This plan supports SMS reception only; calling and outgoing texts are not available. For a US, CA, UK, or AU number with calling and texting features, please subscribe to our US Cell Phone Plan or a virtual number on PingMe.

    Can I extend the data plan and continue to use the same phone number?

    Your subscription will automatically renew after deducting the fee successfully from your account balance. You may continue to use the same phone number during your subscription period. 

    Can I reactivate my number if my plan expires?

    Yes, you may retain your phone number by reactivating your subscription after the current plan expires.

    What happens if I remove my eSIM?

    You will lose your connection and cannot reinstall the same eSIM. The phone number and all associated information will be lost once you delete your eSIM profile. A new eSIM purchase is required.

    Will I Incur Any Additional Charges?

    No, this is a prepaid plan. You paid a fixed amount upfront, with no hidden fees or surprise costs.
