Port My Existing Number into PingMe
Transferring your US, Canada, or Toll-Free number to PingMe involves a one-time, non-refundable service fee of 20.00 Coins for US/Canada numbers or 30.00 Coins for Toll-Free numbers. You can complete this process via our Web App:
- Validate your number: Enter the number you wish to transfer to verify its eligibility.
- Submit documentation and signature: Fill out the required form in English with your account details, upload a recent phone bill as proof of ownership, and provide a signature either via our digital signature tool or by uploading an image.
- Select a plan: Choose the subscription plan you want to use for the number once it has been successfully transferred.
- Finalize payment: Pay the one-time service fee and the first period of your selected subscription from your account balance to submit the request.
Note: Please ensure you have a sufficient balance in your account before submitting your request to cover the service fee and initial subscription.
Port Your PingMe Number Out to Another Carrier
You can transfer your active PingMe numbers (US, Canada, or Toll-Free) to another carrier through our Web App for a one-time, non-refundable service fee of 5.00 Coins per number.
Steps to Port Out a PingMe Number:
- Submit request and pay fee: Select the active numbers you wish to transfer (up to five per request), and the service fee will be automatically deducted from your account balance.
- Obtain your PIN: Once your request is processed, you will receive your unique PIN(s) for the transfer.
- Complete the transfer: Provide the PIN and your account details to your new carrier to finalize the porting process.
- Wait for completion: The number will be automatically transferred from PingMe to the new carrier once the process is finalized on the scheduled completion date.
Tips:
- Please ensure your PingMe number remains active with a valid subscription until the transfer is complete.
- You must have a sufficient balance in your account to unlock the phone number(s).
- If you choose not to port your PingMe number to another carrier, you can contact us to lock it again.
